Informal is based on overall chapter quota, not PC class sizes. If a chapter had a really large graduating class, then they would be eligible for informal and COB.

I know a lot did informal last fall. I believe ZTA, SK, APHI, KKG, PiPhi did informal last fall. It depends on the please class and seniors graduating
