getting min credits for the semester?

i might not be able to get 12 credits this semester but i have the gpa. What will happen to my standing with the chapter?

It depends on the chapter. If you are concerned, bring it to your academic chair and president. I am sure that during this time, your national headquarters will be looking at these things and revising their requirements to meet the needs of actives.
