Anyone know how informal works/how many girls they usually take. (In regards to adpi, alpha chi and dg)

Contact your rho gamma, and any girls you know in the sorority.
The girls in the chapter you want can invite you to events. Sometimes I see kkg advertise their informal recruitment? Idk if others do that.
