There are some HUGE reaches on this...

Beta is basically irrelevant because of probation and not being able to take a pc in the spring, probably below third tier.

I could count the amount of Pi Kapp pledges on my hand from last spring. Overrated mainly because of Sudflood. Will probably toss out 40 bids this semester just to try to make up for a single digit spring.

Dsig lost their house to KA (apparently replaced with a house of much lower value) and has to throw joint tailgate events because of a subpar spot on center street. Maybe if this was a 2015-16 list this would make sense but they are not close to top 3.

Also stop acting like anyone past third tier is relevant.
