Why is pike top house? I’m not disagreeing or anything, I’m legitimately just curious. What do they do better than everyone else?

Last of the top tier fraternities left on campus without lots of restrictions. Before it used to be pike, lambda, sigma chi and Fiji but they’re all kicked off or screwed by the school now.
