Their formal had the potential to be fun but it was way too far away and the location (both the house we stayed in and actual formal) was disgusting and lame. The guys have the potential to be nice but when they are all together they often try too hard and in turn are disrespectful and annoying. They are the kind of people who are still trying to be cool as if we are in middle school…

i used to not like theta chi as much but after they won our philanthropy they gained a lot of respect not just from me but from my sisters as well. All I can say is they're an interesting group of guys.

They are not a bad group of guys, but what hurts them is their house not even being on campus. They are out in the middle of nowhere and don't do much on campus to boot

their house is out in christiansburg, they throw good parties, but the guys are okay overall so middle tier frat

They used to be very irrelevant back when i was a freshman but i would say they're moving up tiers real fast now especially with their last 3 pledge classes

I've met Theta Chi's from other schools and these guys just give them a bad reputation. They have great parties but thats all they care about. They don't even respect each other which is the whole point of brotherhood. Also, just a tip, you have to be hot to get away with being rude. Not classy guys.
