Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 1.6 At the end of the day your fraternity brothers are supposed to be your boys, they should always have your back, and you should be able to do anything with them and still have fun. You don't need a damn house to have brotherhood/fun, and the fact that this house is their main talking point shows that it's the biggest thing they have going for them. You shouldn't need a mansion to recruit if you have even just a halfway decent group of guys

At the end of the day your fraternity brothers are supposed to be your boys, they should always have your back, and you should be able to do anything with them and still have fun.
