Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Tech - VT 4.5 Went to party on Oak, it was a surprise since it was like my first time actually going to a SigEp event. It was fun, guys were decent looking, beautiful house. Definitely the nicest frat house I’ve been to in Blacksburg, they were super strict with all kinds of rules tho which was kind of a turn off tho. If they threw on Oak more they’d be top, but they are too scared. I’ll be back next Oak party tho boys!
