new fraternity

What is the buzz around the Greek family about the new fraternity phi delta theta. They are huge nationally and already have thirty pledges and counting. Will they be any better then Sammy or Sigep which are the two lowest ranked fraternity's according to this forum ?

No lol they will be the same as those dirt munchers. It'll take them at least 5 years to become relevant. Having chapters nationwide means nothing because this is UCONN. Not sure why people would even bother joining tbh.

AKL and Sigep have only been here here for a year and they became relevant ..

To even say SigEp is the same level as AKL is a joke. AKL is upper bottom tier with Beta. Alpha sig , Sammy, and sig ep are all jokes. For god sakes sig ep is a club whose only equirement to join is a 3.2 gpa. All of them are irrelevant too
