predictions for fall 19?

For falling frats, I’d say SAE since they no longer have the Dime and off campus fraternities in general. The past few years off campus frats have really seemed to struggle getting quality rushes and in the social scene.

For risers, probably Phi Delt as much as i hate to say it. They have been doing a decent job recruiting and have graduated some of the weird kids from when they were colonizing. Also, I’m assuming that ADP will be on the rise since they apparently have the Dime. Potentially ZBT will rise again since they can’t do much more damage then they already have over the course of the past year or so
