a good basic rule to follow is:

Day 1: cute shorts/skirt with a blouse, sandals or flats
Day 2: same as above, maybe a little more formal if you want
Day 3: cute sundress/romper/jumpsuit that you could wear to an outdoor wedding, heels/wedges
Day 4: same as above but more formal

try not too worry about this too much yet, recruitment is months away! just wear what makes you feel confident and happy and don't worry about what anyone else is wearing. good luck!
