As a chi o we don’t just let our best girls recruit… we pick a variety of girls that represent our chapter to show our diversity and different personalities , which I personally think we do a great job of; which has also been made very clear on our socials and how we reach out to pnms. don’t listen to everything you hear on Greek rank, just bc we have a smaller group of girls recruiting doesn’t mean it’s to hide our sisters. We are proud of and love them ALL. Panhellenic love yall.

how does chi o pick the girls that get to recruit? is everyone that wants to recruit allowed to?

We have a form where girls can inform us if they want to rush girls or not. If you don’t want to recruit you don’t have to. We take as many girls that want to rush as we possibly can. PNMS if you have questions about how many girls recruit in each chapter ASK DURING RUSH!

My friend is in chi o and she said her nationals have a limit on how many girls rush pnms so they take a preference form of who wants to do it and then from that they make the most diverse group of girls to recruit. I think even if chi o wanted to they aren’t allowed to let all the girls that want to recruit to do it but I don’t think it’s to “hide” girls lol

i’m not in chi o but i doubt they would deny anyone the opportunity to recruit if they really wanted to.
