finalize the ranking of the mid tier 3

i think kkg and axo are the most similar. these houses have hot girls and are social. theta is smart but not social.

I think kappa is more social but they have a lot of means girls and their house is very divided and full of drama from what my KKG friends have told me.

kappa is always trying to distance themselves from the other mid tiers but that gap is basically non-existent now

it seems more like chio is still in the number four spot but just a lot closer to mid than to top if that makes sense.

I think chi o is still top but whether or not they stay in top will depend on how their rush goes. Similar for dg

CHI O (def top of the mids but is now in the mid tier imo), KKG or THETA (very very different houses so would say this depends on the girl, kkg seems to be on the decline while theta is staying the same or rising), then AXO (they seem to be rising but still have the biggest proportion of weirdos, tho they do an excellent job of hiding them away lol)

Hot take but imo once you get to the middle 4 (chi o, theta, Axo, kappa) rank is insanely arbitrary and doesn’t matter and literally means nothing hence why the ranks are always changing with these ones specifically. We all know they are mid tiers and everyone is going to have a different outlook on how they are ranked within the tier. FOR PNMS, if you are considering one of these mid tier houses and worried about where overall they are ranked, just know they are pretty much all the same ranking (will fluctuate year to year and person to person but legit all just mid tiers it’s so so hard to actually rank them). You cannot go wrong with any of these you just need to find which feels like home to you.

No. If anything it’s kkg then theta then Axo. Axo is full of freaks and is nowhere near kappa especially looks wise and quite frankly not close to theta either. Axo would need more personality, better retention, to include and be representative of ALL their girls, and not just care about going up in rank.
