which srats r trending up/down in ranks

personally I think pi phi will stay the same as top house, dg and chi o will rise, aphi will drop, theta will rise, kappa will drop, axo will remain the same, gphi will rise, and tie delt will stay the same or maybe improve slightly

Aphi- down
Piphi- up
Dg- stay
Chi o- down
Kkg- DOWN
Theta- up
AXO- stay
Gphi- up
Tri delt- stay

Imo all the houses pcs will probably look better bc as more girls rush all houses can be more picky. I listed these in current order of what rank is. This is all my opinion but Ik girls in every house and have a pretty good feel of the dynamics.

What I think new rank will be (and honestly people probably will disagree w this)

Piphi- people are realizing they are a bit subtler/classier than aphi
Aphi- can’t see this one not being in top tier for a very long time even if it doesn’t have overall the best rep

Dg- they’ve been getting some really mixed pcs with quite a few weirdos but they do a good job of presenting themselves well

Huge mid tier with all these 5 (in order listed here but pretty interchangeable)
Chi o=theta=Axo=kappa>=gphi
Chio will also get a super mixed bag. Lower ones like theta and Axo will be getting better because of how many girls are rushing. Theta attracts the more atypical sorority girl but I’ve been noticing their pcs are 50/50 w half being weird and half giving major chi o or dg vibes. Axo looks amazing to Pnms and will probably get a good class but I feel their member retention will continue to go downhill. Will get aphi and kkg rejects. Kkg is down because they still have that party reputation that only a select type of girl wants. They’ll have a mixed pc with aphi rejects but overall very Axo vibe. Gphi is on the up for sure but definitely at the bottom of the mids. They’ll get a 75/25 with 75% weirds/ and 25% pretty good.


Tri delt- thinking they’ll get their best pc they’ve had in years, though member retention will still be a HUGE issue for them.

Pi phi- stay the same
Aphi- DOWNNN - girls ik rushing this year have clearly heard the vibes of aphi a lot of them want to drop it…
Dg-up : strong sisterhood pnms will like them
Chi o- up :similar to dg strong sisterhood will get a good pc
Theta- up been on the rise will get girls that prob don’t go chi o or dg
Axo- down or same bad retention but have a rly mixed pc we will see if it’s cohesive this year
Kappa-down not a good sisterhood
Gphi- up! Girls have been loving them and expect the same for their pc 25
Tri delt- slightly up: hopefully with rush continuing to be more popular tri delt can get a more cohesive pc

I have a feeling that dg will get an amazing pc and that axo will get a much better one too and rise a lot. I don’t think aphi is gonna go down. They cleaned up their drama from the previous year and they always get the most beautiful pc. They will stay top.
