helpful rank for pnms

by: rank

- pi phi and aphi
- dg
- chio
- kappa theta and axo
- gphi
- ddd

honestly i think there is very little difference in rank for chio, kappa, theta, axo, and gphi (hence why you see them so interchangably ranked in so many posts) so imo its basically three tiers with them as the middle and the only one on the bottom being tri delt

for those middle ranked ones they're also for a certain type of girl. axo is for those who wanted a top house but couldn't get it. theta is same vibes as dg and chi o (outdoorsy, chill, party some, wifey vibes) just with some super weird girls mixed in. theta's seem to care the least about rank whereas axo cares about it a lot more. kkg is its own breed with genuinely insane party girls and some really weird ones here and there. I don't have a super good gauge of gphi but they seem to be improving a lot

kappas grades are rough - they never post their deans list girls because they never have a lot.

Do all the sororities post their Dean’s list on their Insta? Also, is there ever a breakdown of specific majors in each sorority? Like is one sorority known for having a lot of stem/engineering women? Let’s face it, those classes are hard, and much harder to make the deans list if you are a stem/engineering major, but still are going to be super smart women even if they don’t make the deans list.

kappa’s just don’t strike me as the stem/engineering type. much more like party girls.

Thanks, I wasn’t assuming Kappas were the only stem/engineering types. I was asking about all the sororities really. But thanks for responding.
I’m going to be a STEM major and so wondered if one sorority had a reputation of having more stem/engineering women? (i’m thinking about having sisters with a similar class load).

there’s also a non panel sorority that is for women in stem. They don’t have formal recruitment, but you can get info on them on the cu panhel site.
