MOUSE - KA (rise because KAstle), sig pi (top for darties), pi kapp, sae, OX, aepi
LOUSE - phi delt, pike, sig chi, asig, tke, pks, zbt, fiji
BOUSE - everything else is irrelevant

snu, chi psi, theta xi are correct. SAE should be in top and Phi tau and Phi Psi will never be anything more than mid. KA is nowhere near on the rise just because your nationals gives you a nice house doesn't mean anything look at Phi delt their main house is nicer than snu's main house yet there an irrelevant bottom tier house. AEPI is also low tier.

phi psi will always be a top house. at least for the past two years they've gotten great pcs and every girl i know is always more excited about a phi psi party than anywhere else. and i can tell ur either in sae or dating an sae bc sae will neverr be top, especially since their house is only theirs for another year or two before sig ep comes back
