delts?

My dad was a DTD here in the early 80's. From what he said they were top house with ksig. I noticed that the delts house still has its letters but seems to be part of the CU campus now. Anyone know why exactly DTD was kicked off and if they're ever going to recolonize at CU?

The delts were kicked off campus in the 90s for a snow party, before that they had a house next to theta on university. CU bought the house to pour salt in the wound. They'll (mostly likely) never be back.
