How should I go about doing thins

dont make it forced. see them on campus, gym or in class and create convo. grab number and if they think youre cool im sure they wouldnt mind bringing you to a party or hangout to meet other brothers. if being social is your weak point then you should hold off on joining a fraternity and fix that. Especially the two you listed since being able to make great first impressions is HUGE for them.
