Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority Ratings at UCB

APhi is THE undisputed top house on the hill. Classy, beautiful, fun, smart, and all around amazing sisters. Everyone I know who isn’t in APhi wishes they were, or if they are a guy, wants to date one! Everyone likes Aphi girls because there is no one better! Really the most amazing girls you will ever meet. Greatest house ever!

I’m a freshman living in the dorm with a bunch of freshman girls who just went their rush last week. Saw a lot of drama but let me sum it up like this. Here’s a guy’s take on the cu sororities. The nicest, prettiest, hottest, most chill and least conceited girls ended up as Alpha Phis. The pretty girls who are louder, more brash, heavy partier types who think really highly of themselves ended up as Pi Phis. The quirky, artsy or athletic types ended up as Thetas. The smart, fun but less social types went either Kappa and ChiO. The kinda pretty girls with bland and boring personalities who love to party hard went DG. The funny, cool and rebellious types went Gamma Phi. Sorry but I don’t know any girls who decided on Alpha Chi or Tri-Delt. Just my take on the girls I met and what houses they wanted and went for. Judging by all the drama and crying all week, Alpha Phis and Pi Phis seem to be the hardest houses to get into cuz so many girls I’ve know were bummed to get dropped by them. All of the girls who got a bid are cool for going greek. Now I’m hoping to keep up with the girls I like most in Alpha Phi by getting into a cool frat.

Have you seen the new pledge class? Hot babes! Not only the best looking but they are the nicest, most chill girls on campus! Definitely the best at CU! All I wanna be is an Alpha Phi!

All I can say is WOW! Best house with the most exceptional girls I met all Rush! I'm praying that I receive my bid today from Alpha Phi! It's been a super stressful and competitive recruitment process that was so much more difficult that I ever imagined it being. But every time I got called back to Alpha Phi, not only did I feel really lucky but I felt really comfortable with the these girls. I agree that they're not phony at all.  And they had the most depth and class out of all the sororities. Judging from all the girls I met throughout recruitment who want Alpha Phi, I want to be with the best sisters and I found them at Alpha Phi. I'll be the happiest if I get my bid to this amazing house. Best example of the best parts of greek life is Alpha Phi. All I hope now is that I can be part of this special sisterhood.

Seriously, I was most impressed by the Alpha Phi during recruitment. They were genuinely some of the nicest, sweetest, smartest (and yes, the absolute prettiest) girls I met throughout rush! CU has a few top tier houses, but Alpha Phi is definitely the top house! At first, I was really intimidated by how beautiful the girls were and how amazing their house was, but everyone was so welcoming and kind to me from the moment I walked in. I didn't get any phony vibe like I felt at many of the other top houses. Alpha Phi girls are popular and best liked because they deserve to be. I was most impressed by these girls because they were most honest and real. I believe all the hate that's written about them is from those that have been dropped by them. Alpha Phi is one of THE most competitive houses at CU and there's legit reasons for that. Everyone who goes through recruitment has Alpha Phi on the very top of their list! They're such an amazing and fun house! Don't buy into any of the negative things that are said about Alpha Phis. They are really the best example of what a sorority should be!

Alpha Phi girls are pretty and nice enough to talk to, but overall don’t really have a whole lot of substance. Girls join this sorority for clout more than friends and it shows. They aren’t terrible people, just overall pretty bland.

wow aphi defense squad coming through! take positives and negatives into account when reading these reviews. you may have been lucky enough to only interact with the nice, fun girls but don’t discount other people’s bad experiences with girls in this house. i just read through a few pages of this stuff and even though i love my aphi friends, i also know that a lot of the negative stuff written here is nearly 100% true.

solidly top of mid exclusively because of their looks and social media dominance. commitment to real sisterhood, philanthropy, scholarship, and having any sort of personality is seriously lacking. Looks are the only thing that keeps them at the top of the middle tier (or bottom of the top tier if you’re a self ranking aphi or frat bro trying to flatter them).
