Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.4 Theta Xi sometimes gets labeled as bottom tier but they don't deserve to be grouped with the other lower tier houses! they actually have a good amount of good looking guys, who are really fun, chill and nice! they are NOT weirdos like the other bottom tiered houses. (on a side not they got a few really hot pledges). may not be as of a traditional frat scene as k sig, sae, sig pi etc., but id say they're somewhat comparable to sig nu.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 1.8 Terrible house but its decent for throwing outdoor parties. But this is colorado so that only works for about a month. Not many attractive guys here, a lot think they do a lot more extreme stuff then they actually do. I don't see any room for improvement
