Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.7 The guys in the frat are nice but when it comes to parties, the frat isn't the best. They rarely throw and their house is kinda small so when they do throw there is usually a ridiculous line that is never worth it since their parties are average.
