Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.0 agree, more involvement and classier than other fraternities. not nearly as wild or crazy. slightly under sg nu and phi psi, but still well above theta xi, zbt.. etc
