Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 1.0 Went to a party of theirs last year and every "brother" was standing to the side of the dance floor watching the girls dance.. sketchy to say the least. They also wouldn't even let girls drink with them or give them a shot or two? Guess they don't like chicks..
