Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.0 I'd say bottom middle tier group. Let guys outside of fraternity to party inside, but just a big sausage fest with no alcohol once you're inside. Nothing special here.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.8 Definitely needs improvement from my POV. I guess it is pretty standard now a days that Frat boys are just simply boys and not really men. They seem very immature and lack competence. Also kind of creepy as well and rude. But heck, it's the Frat culture these days.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.6 Sigma Phi Epsilon has a long tradition of greatness. In the past years they are climbing fast. They are easily going to break top 4 this year if not already. Definitely the house to join for any freshman rushing.
