tried to have a large spring rush even though they arent in IFC and almost everyone i know chose a house involved with IFC. They do have their mansion for 5 more years but its basically just a drinking hut now

Still top tier, having a normal rush despite the trouble, and they are starting to have mixers, socials, etc. this semester, in addition to re-signing their lease. Love these boys, they are awesome, fun, and are a good-looking group of guys. SigPiOrDie

This guys have been through some hard times lately but they have one of the nicest if not the nicest house on campus and just signed a three year lease on their house. They got kicked out of the IFC but still function independently from it as normal fratenity. They are great guys and a lot of the top sororities like them but they cant have parties at their house because of sanctions. Although that should change this semester since they are suppose to get out of probation at the end of March

They are still a fraternity, whether they're on IFC or not. And they can still function as a real fraternity and not be under IFC's watch and crazy rules now.

Still a better fraternity than sig nu and all the other middle tier frats. Used to be top tier but got kicked out of the ifc. They have a lot of good looking guys, but they dont do much since theyve been on probation forever. Overall nice house and mostly hot guys, but they need to get involved in the greek community before they can achieve top tier status again.
