Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.6 Obviously the top house for the next couple of years, throw down the hardest and have the hottest guys. However, their reign as top house will be over come 2016-2017 with the rise of middle tier houses and the death of SAE and PKP.
