1. Known as the "California" fraternity because so many surfers and snowboarders are in it. 2. Had house taken out from under them but still manage to have some of the best parties on the hill 3. Have a very close bond with Pi Kap and both fraternities attend eachothers events which makes rushing either of those a good choice. 4. there is no argument talking to girls when they say the guys are very attractive. 5. have mixers and date dashes only with the hottest sororities and they love SAE
