Obviously Kappa Sigs think they're the "top house" but I think the whole "ranking" thing is kinda dumb. From my experience at CU, as long as you are in Kappa Sig, SAE, Pi Kapp, Theta Xi, Sig Nu or Sig Ep you are respected here.

Theta Xi, Sig Nu, and Sig Ep... is that a joke? girls (attractive, cool ones at least) literally give no interest in any of those except maybe sig nu occasionally..

Coming from a DG at CU, SAE and Pi Kapp are tied for best. They by far have the most fun and hot guys. Kappa Sigma is third after this year. then Theta Xi, Sig Ep, Sig Nu, and everyone else.

its true Kappa Sig is the only top 3 fraternity with a big house but that doesn't make the brotherhood strong its the relationships that do. Thats why if you truthfully have any hot sorority girl (alpha phi, dg, chi o) they will all say SAE, Pi Kap, and Kappa Sig are all solid choices.
