A Phi used to be a top house and during/before recruitment, they definitely see that way. However, they have so many girls drop (my friends included) and are rude to each other. I wish they weren't so fake because they are awesome at recruitment, but terrible at retention.

Im not in G phi, but they are the sweetest girls ever. So nice and adorable. Definitely not the "hot party" girls like Pi phi per say, but their personalities kick ass.

Known as the chill or down to earth sorority. The house that I, my sisters, and other sororities don't really say bad things about because they lay low and get along with others. The only thing is that since there's no drama there isn't a lot of excitement. Not top or bottom tier and has a wide range of girls.

Theta has a high retention rate and for good reasons- the girls are laid-back and awesome girls who care about school and social life. With that being said, they definitely have some girls who party too hard and it can get old. However, which sorority doesn't have girls that act like that? They aren't too involved with campus stuff, but they do a great job with sisterhood. I think some new leadership and organization next year will really help them continue to move upwards.
