Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at University of Cincinnati - UC 1.5 Theta Phi is in the bottom three, not sure how they got towards the top in the ranking. They generally get the weird girls that can't find a home anywhere else. Have some work to do and party way too hard.
