Honestly don’t get the hate. I went to a party here once and it wasn’t even that bad. The guys were super friendly and made sure everyone felt welcome. Some people say they don’t have standards but like… that’s kind of what makes it chill? You don’t have to be anything special to fit in. It’s just a laid-back vibe. Plus I’ve heard they’re trying to rebuild and have a lot of new guys coming in this fall. Definitely on the come-up if people give them a chance.

sed to think this house had potential, but something’s clearly changed. Leadership is all over the place, and it feels like they’ll give a bid to literally anyone now. No standards, no direction, just guys trying to relive high school glory days. Brotherhood seems surface-level at best. It’s not even fun anymore—just awkward. I don’t have anything personal against them, but if you’re looking for a real fraternity experience, you should keep walking. The drop in rankings isn’t random. They earned it.

These guys are bad news. Phi Tau's got a reputation now—and not the kind you want. It’s less “underdog” and more “walking red flag.” Constant drama, no real structure, and they’ll take literally anyone just to fill a roster. It’s like they’re trying to be a frat without doing any of the work to earn respect. The brotherhood doesn’t seem real, and most people I know avoid their parties altogether. If you’re thinking about rushing, seriously—don’t get caught up in this mess. There are plenty of better houses. This one’s sinking fast. One star, and that’s a warning.

Not sure why they’ve been getting hit with so many bad reviews lately, but honestly I get it. It’s always something with Phi Tau. Some awkward party, someone doing way too much, or just the vibe being off. I don’t know who’s in charge over there. It just feels like no one really is. That said, I’m kind of entertained by it. It’s like watching a frat try to be a frat and miss every time. I wouldn’t rush, and I wouldn’t recommend it, but I’ll keep watching. It’s a mess, but at least it’s fun to laugh at.

Honestly disappointed. Rushed here because I heard they were rebuilding and had a tight brotherhood, but it felt super unorganized. House looked rough, nobody seemed that into it, and it just gave off the vibe that half the guys didn’t even want to be there. Leadership didn’t seem serious and the energy was low across the board. Could be a good group with the right direction, but right now it feels like they’re just coasting. There are better options if you’re actually looking to get involved or find a real brotherhood.

Not trying to throw stones, but y’all were blessed with that location and it’s honestly wild how little it’s being stewarded. Like, God didn’t put you dead center on campus just so you could half-send every event and let the house fall apart. Not saying you have to run Bible study out of there, but a little integrity wouldn’t kill you. Right now it feels like a bunch of dudes more worried about chasing attention than building something real. You’ve been given a platform—act like it means something. Iron sharpens iron, not lukewarm vibes and dirty pong tables.

Praying for the guys over at Phi Tau. They’ve got a few solid dudes but leadership clearly hasn’t accepted the Lord’s word. When you build a house on ego and not values, you get what they’ve got- disorganization, no vision, and zero brotherhood. Hopefully they figure it out and start leading with character instead of clout.

Bro… what happened to this house? Used to be chill, now it’s a total joke. Rush is just whoever shows up, no standards, no culture, no energy. Every party feels like a bad high school hangout—lights on, music off, guys standing around like NPCs. Brotherhood? Nah. Just randoms who barely know each other. Leadership’s clueless and half the new guys probably found it on accident. Hate to say it, but Phi Tau ain’t a fraternity anymore—it’s just a logo and a GroupMe. Sad fall for a house that actually used to mean something.
