Just curious how each house drops girls from day to day. My old house used to have specific seniors choose who's in and out. What are better ways?

I'm assuming this is a PNM. Each house's selection methods are very private and personal to that chapter. Trust me, no sorority woman is stupid enough to post honest answers to this question on GreekRank.
