This is from a completely unbiased take, there’s so much bs going around with rankings. Each rank is interchangeable, it’s just preferences/biases at that point. The top houses never really change historically, u can argue all u want ka zete fiji dke sae will likely be top for a while.
top: zete, dke, ka, fiji, “sae” (still top rn technically, but their situation could screw their pledge class going forward)
upper mid: phi psi, pike
mid: theta chi, sig chi, delta chi, chi psi, pi kapp, ato, phi tau, aepi
lower mid: du, tke, chi phi, sig nu
bottom: tdx, sig pi, sammys
rest: irrelevant, you’re local math 1b study group goes harder than these guys

I would only rush top excluding Sae just bc they will be in the gutter for atleast another year

Supposedly got caught hazing. Didn’t lose their letters just got unaffiliated with the school like zete and Fiji I think

mix of both. really bad SVSH allegations and also got caught for hazing by nationals and lost their letters

first time seeing a real solid rank in a while, besides aepi but mid or lower not even worth rushing so who cares.
