Why is KA still considered top

KA's spring class last yr and fall class this yr was wackkk why do people still consider them top...? on their way down

They pair with good srats but no one really considers them top. There house is hella far and not that nice. One thing to consider is how they are a big fraternity so there are slot of guys posting on greek rank. I would put them as second tier with theta chi. New pledge class is super weird

Their members are hit and miss, they aren't top house anymore cause of the last few PC's but still up there
