rushing KA, Zeta Psi, and Chi Phi - thoughts on them?

im a girl from a top house for background
KA: imo top house, they have the cutest guys while still being fun and chill, other frats do not like them as much though, my house does a lot of events with them
Zetes: they r wild but really fun, threw some of the best parties, hang out with the best houses, i think they haze really hard though, have an interesting rep but they are most like a traditional frat by cal standards
Chi Phi: underrated house, threw my fav party of the semester before rona, cool dudes who balance academics, my house does not hang out with them much but everyone i know here is a nice guy
