SRAT RANKINGS 2020: Can Someone Confirm?

The sense I got:

A Phi

Chi-O
Adpi

DS

Currently COBing as a freshmen, and from this site/convos with upperclassmen/general impressions, this is the sense I got. Do people generally agree with these rankings for Top 8? I am only talking to Pi Phi/DG/A Phi/SK, but wanted a better overall understanding. If there are certain recent changes, could you say a bit about why you think specific houses dropped/rose?

I know that rank should be the last thing I use to make my decision. If anything I'm more curious about recent changes and why they happened (e.g. what led certain previously higher ranked houses to suffer huge hits to their rep, etc.)
