A word about zeta

agreed, they were a solid middle house that was ranked consistently among sk/ds/tri delt until like literally a week ago this spamming of them being a bottom house is ridiculous

agreed! i have a friend in zeta and they have an amazing social schedule and i always see them out and about at parties

Zeta tends to attract the pretty/cute girls who don’t care much about rank. Because of this, you get two pretty distinct girls in the house. Either the girls are more laid back/less social/more studious OR they have a ton of friends in top houses and are pretty social/involved with frats. That’s why they tend to be more chill the. DS/Tri Delt/SK. Frats usually like them. The even split between more social girls and more quiet girls can be a good or bad thing depending how you look at it.

Speaking from experience: Girls always love zeta during recruitment because zetas are pretty and either really chill or very bubbly/social. But a lot of PNMs will come to greekrank and drop them because they’re incorrectly ranked as “bottom” by rival houses. Zeta gets left with a lot of pretty girls who either 1) could have gone top house but somehow got dropped/dropped the top houses OR 2) are much less concerned about rank and have disregarded Greekrank. Because of the artificial low ranking, Zeta also gets a small amount of girls who could have gone lower tier. But they’re still middle tier bc they are for the most part social and pretty. The sisterhood is good but you have super social girls on one end of the spectrum and very studios girls on the other hand. They’re less “cohesive” than a house like Aphi or ADPi but this means you get to choose the vibe in the house you want, which can be a good thing

we all know zeta doesn;t use this site,, seems a lil weird for a house to go off on themselves after pnms have already voted.. seems like some PHC jealousy to me
