If I get a bid from AChiO should I drop?

Yeah I know they're a bottom-ish house but why is that? Just need more insight on them I guess...

I heard from my friend in the house that they don't get as much bids to parties as other houses but I think if you're not the type of person to care about those types of things then you should just go for it if you vibe with them.
