Why is Zeta a bottom-ish house?

I’m not sure either I dropped because I saw so many posts about how they are a lower house. I was under the impression that they were a mid house or upper mid cause that’s what ppl told me

I agree. Like several of their girls have thousands upon thousands of followers on instagram and are so pretty. I honestly dk what's going on

Totally agree. I wish someone could give me a straight answer :(. Maybe it's cus they're relatively new? But even then, it doesn't change the fact that the girls are so pretty and fun? I have them for pref so I would like to know about the potential negatives before I decide.

To add on, I spoke with an alum in Zeta and she said they even get great bids, so I'm even more confused now??

same, they seem super involved on campus, have a great philo that seems to be super successful with events, and everyone is gorgeous and genuine

Zeta is a great house, the girls just don't feel the need to come on GR and self rank constantly so other mid tier houses rank them 'low' out of jealousy and they don't do anything about it because they don't see it. If you look at what frats they mix with, you'll see that they're much better than ds, tridelt theta etc. frats consider them better than sk. don't listen to the bs you see on here lol

I’m in an upper mid house and zeta tends to get bids to the same frats as us. They’re definitely a middle tier house. Very chill sweet girls.

Funny how no one had a single good answer as to why zeta was ranked bottom. guess dsig and tri delt really that insecure huh. my friends in both houses get like no bids compared to z lmaoo
