Harsh Reality About Rankings

I am going into this knowing I will receive a lot of hate because people refuse to accept the truth. The reality is that there are only a few top houses and every other house is much less relevant. These rankings are based on house culture and physical attractiveness, not how large their parties are. People seem to think a house is better than another due to the sheer size of their parties which baffles me because many of these “big” parties at lower tier houses are filled with people who are quite “unfratty” and weird , so I find this way of ranking insignificant. Houses that can pull better looking people/ harder partiers are more “fratty” and should therefore be ranked higher as this website ranks fraternities. At the end of the day, of course it’s a matter of personal preference and finding the right fit for the individual, but I find it ridiculous when a house which is obviously less clouted than another is ranked higher because they have bigger parties or some other ridiculous reason. The reason you don’t hear much about the SAEs, Zetes, KAs and Fijis or the Kappas Pi Phis, Aphis and DGs of the world is because they don’t care about your opinion of them— if they did, you would’ve gotten a bid there.
