what happened to gphi?

here's what's going on according to one of my gphi friends. Staying open this semester conditional on them recruiting a lot of people. If they do that and fill the house they MIGHT still be open in the fall. But their Nationals really wants them to shut down from the sounds of it and half the girls in the house are just done with it. Sounds like their cob is going to be a mess at best and anyone who joins probably won't be in a sorority at the end of the semester anyway

Gphi is reporting all the negative posts about them and getting them removed because they don't want new members to see that they're 99% getting their charter taken away in May. Immature and irresponsible, shame on you for recruiting new members into a house full of drama and only giving them one semester of greek life.

I'm in Gphi. We dont know if we're closing yet. We wont know until the end of recruitment. Both of you need to stop spreading misinformation.

You barely got 20 new members and bet half of them drop before initiation, you’re not close to quota and you’re not meeting goals set by your nationals so where is this GPHI staying open coming from?

I'm in Gphi and this is accurate. But this doesn't even touch on the amount of drama in the house that caused the school to recommend shutting us down. A lot of girls went to the greek life office to complain about bad membership experiences and bullying so they want us to start over. We aren't gonna initiate any new mems this semester if internationals closes us so they can still join another org in the fall.
