explain how rush works for frats

Does Cal have rush events from frats during the summer and they give out bids or do guys go through a week of recruitment like the girls?

Fraternity Rush is much more chill than Sorority Rush. That being said most frats don't give out bids during the summer but that doesn't mean you shouldn't check them out.

If your out of state do u not have a chance pledging a top house? I don’t know anyone in the Greek system.

@1, honestly just go rush. Despite not knowing anyone in my frat, it was a way for me to gain friends and meet other. Have fun and be urself is my advice.
