How do you find out which sororities are participating in cob. How long does this process usually take ?

Doubt it. They would have had to have missed taking quota in FFR or have a membership less than 161...the average chapter size after FFR.

PHC has a deadline of cob and it's already almost here. Houses doing cob are already giving out bids. It's too late, try again next year

I don't think they are already giving out bids one sorority is having informal meetings with girls this week

There is no PHC deadline for COB. COB by definition is “continuous open bidding”. Any chapter that is under the 161 membership/ceiling number can bid new members anytime. However Chapters often stop COB a couple of weeks into the semester because it’s hard to integrate late joiners into the existing new member class.
