a note to pnms
by: ImportantPNMs, every house puts SO much work into recruitment that the least you could do is treat every girl at every house with respect and keep an open mind, even if you have preconceived judgments about a house you might find that if you set those aside, you'll find a house that's a better fit for you rather than a house you liked because of rankings. Know that the girls you talk to during recruitment will have been practicing for y'all for at least a week and they're probably exhausted and have sore throats from chanting and talking to PNMs. If you intentionally try to get dropped from a bottom house by acting disinterested and rude, the sisters of that house can and will report you for not taking the process seriously. On the other hand, a top house will see right through you if you're acting like someone you're not in order to get asked back and they WILL drop you. You'll get a lot of info next week from your rho chis and PHC, but something to remember is that if you skip a party for a sorority you were asked back to but aren't interested in, you WILL be released from recruitment as a whole. Please treat every house with respect.
