is it hard to join axo?

I'm interested in AXO (not a freshman) and I was wondering if it's harder to join. I also don't have "sorority girl" looks (not blonde/thin/white), idk if that changes anything. Thx :)

I rushed this spring and didn't get in. I think around 90-100 people rushed and 10 ish got in so that might be why. However, I'm sure chances of getting in during fall are much higher than spring so I would try it out!
