if you rush a sorority are you guaranteed a bid?

i'm planning on rushing in the fall but i'm unfamiliar with the process. if you rush is it possible to not get any offers? lol

You are guaranteed a bid if you rush but only if you put two options down as your first and second choice at the end of rush. If you only give them one option, they cant guarantee you will end up in a house. But if you give 2 u are guaranteed one

It's VERY rare but it has happened in the past where girls have been let go from recruitment because they were not invited back to any houses. This almost never happens and will only happen if you don't maximize your options. Don't disregard houses for silly reasons and you'll be fine. When it's time to drop houses on your end, drop the ones you feel you wouldn't fit right in, not houses you don't like because the girls aren't pretty enough/etc.
