what houses are truly upper mid and not just selfrank

I have phi psi and pike and dx. But pike has a weirrrrd vibe and dx last two pledge classe have been awful so I would not say they’re upper mid for much longer. But I’m just curious what houses are actually upper mid

Dx fall pc was fine. Pike has always had weird vibe but still have some cool guys. Phi psi always bids the same generic white guys

Nice try like, you can’t hold onto your old rep for much longer. Face it theta chi is where it’s at now and that’s it. Who cares if you throw game days, and have cooler better looking guys than us? That’s just your old rep holding you up. Soon everyone is gonna wish they had been in theta chi, even those losers in ZETE or Chi Psi
