Both are aight, they throw down but mostly filled with freshman and Gdis. Brothers for the most part whack some chill

Fairly accurate estimate. Some brothers in each house are decent and could've gotten into better ones, but others are weird goobers. Parties are alright, but a lot of geeds

Theta chi is pretty chill and snu is pretty wack. Both throw decent parties but anybody can get into snu parties. These houses are not the same.
