how is sae's pledging relatively?

How is pledging at SAE relative to other houses? Heard bad stories about zete and some other houses but haven't heard too much about sae, how is pledging there?

they haze obviously (who doesnt..) but its not that bad, they are like the next door nice guy counterpart of zete.
