opinion on chi psi?

chi psi seems to be bottom tier on here but their parties/gamedays aren't bad and their pledge class seemed pretty good. what's the consensus on them

gamedays aren't bad cuz they let everyone in and have a good location/setup with their house. In reality though brotherhood is full of weird-ass guys very unfratty and gooby in general bunch of beta males

Def bottom house couple of years ago but been on the radar last couple of years and steadily making its way up. Not classic fratty
